An online University offers; Bachelor, Masters and Doctoral Programs. The University has state of the art website and Learning Management System. Very easy to run and we will provide training. You can work anywhere in the world. The University has everything set up for new owner to take over and profit from. The university is Licensed in Panama and has a private accreditation (not recognized by the USA). No financing available, you must have the funds to close the transaction. This is a well established business. You don not have to be an educator but it will help if you are. The University needs a business mind person to take it to the next level. You must sign an NDA before we can release any information. Total revenue in 2011 was $220k with about $50k in profit $30K (was payroll to the owner and $20K health insurance). Moving the back office will reduce the rent expense by another $20K which will increase your profit. Also, increasing the marketing will increase the enrollment.
