Investor owns a 128 hectare natural enclave with describable tropical vegetation and with a coastline of 1 km along the Pacific Ocean. Here, they want to build a new holiday resort with 5 stars, with a capacity of around 500 units. It is primarily targeted at international tourists.
We are looking for a partner with experience, who can demonstrate good results in international marketing and operation of similar centers in other parts of the world.
