AMP/ANESA(automatic noninvasive express screening analyzer)
Automatic non-invasive express screening analyzer is a revolutionary technology developed by a group of Russian doctors and engineers for obtaining 131 vital parameters in a completely non-invasive manner. These include parameters of hemogram, blood coagulation, electrolyte metabolism, functional parameters of the stomach, carbohydrate metabolism, liver function tests, protein, lipid and water metabolism, hormones, enzymes, cell mitosis regulation, internal blood flow, cerebral hemodynamics, functional parameters of cardio-respiratory system, oxygen transport and consumption, transport and elimination of CO2, functional parameters of cardio-vascular system, hepatic metabolism, spine liquid pressure, ICP (intra-cranial pressure). This technique was first conceived at Roscosmos, the Russian space agency, in the late 1980s. It relies on simultaneous measurement of the secondary product of human metabolism – temperature - in five ''reference'' points of the body. These temperature measurements are made with extremely sensitive, calibrated to 0.01 C, optic sensors. Numerous clinical studies in different countries have established that the average accuracy of AMP/ANESA measurements exceeds ISA's requirement for 95% accuracy.
AMP/ANESA analysis has five clear advantages over IVD techniques. First, there are no bodily fluids involved. This is convenient for the patient and safer for the health care providers. Secondly, no consumables are used. This makes the machines much cheaper to operate in the long run, with no adverse impact on the environment. Thirdly, the number of tested parameters is 131 which exceeds number of tested parameters by any blood analyzer or other testing device. Fourthly, the results are made available in 3-12 minutes. Fifthly, AMP/ANESA generates ''preliminary diagnosis'' based on the test results. This makes it a very attractive proposition for physician offices.
