It was developed with Microsoft Visual Studio.NET. About 5,000 software copies have been sold.
We also sell Flipping / Rehab Software which allows the house rehabber to enter detailed expense estimates when beginning a project. Expense are rolled up into a profit or loss statement to determine project viability. The rehabber can schedule two months of construction rehab tasks. With tens of thousands of homes that currently need rehabbing, this software has a lot of potential.
We also take commercial loan applications which are worked by a commercial loan broker.
The website includes many articles on real estate investing which draw potential buyers. We were offered 95,000 for the website alone in the past.
