St George's Bar is the first British bar in the Nabq area of Sharm El Sheikh. Proudly serving British guests for the past ten years, we pride ourselves on being a unique bar family run and we hope that a family takes over and continues our good work as we are the only all British owned and run bar in Sharm. Due to personal reasons and with heavy hearts, we are moving back to the UK.
The property is leasehold with 3 years to run in comparison to other establishments in Sharm. Our monthly rent is a very good price. With Turkish company Rixos about to take over the hotel adjacent to us business will be even better as they have masses of British tourists arriving each week in their other hotel in Sharm.
The bar comes with all government papers of registration, we are also registered with the Heineken company allowing you to make orders at wholesale prices. It also comes with an alcohol licence that is unique as they are very hard to obtain and in the current climate are not being given out, the bar comes fully furnished but could do with a pick me up, tables, chairs, TVs, satellite systems for all the sports, sound system with karaoke, air conditioning, two big beer fridges as well as under fridge and freezer and another large fridge.
We have a basic kitchen which is basic but enough for what we do. We are famously known for our live sports and our English breakfasts as we are the only bar in the whole of Sharm serving pork products for our guests. There is also the opportunity with permission already acquired to knock through for an extension to make the bar bigger as the kitchen space is far to big.
