I desire to sell my controlling interest in a publicly traded company that has recently emerged from development with a fully developed, NEW and revolutionary life saving product. I have personally test marketed this product within the last (3) months locally and have grossed nearly $80,000.00. The test market was conducted at a local flea market and I would usually sell out within a few hours.
The company also has a contract with an investor from the TV Show ''THE SHARK TANK'' who desires to take the product world wide; starting with infomercials.
