I am the owner of Hampton Software (your scheduling software provider).
I have just completed an 8 year old effort on solving issues related to nursing home scheduling.
Today's scheduling software basically simplifies the management of schedules in use at a facility.
They make absence coverage, reporting and general management of staffers easier and more efficient.
