Heather is the owner of a KozyHome Dealership, a home-based home furnishings company. Within a month of posting brand new, brand-name furniture and mattresses for sale on Facebook and Craigslist, she could both pay the rent for a million-dollar home and provide a pleasant living for her family of five. To make even more money, Heather staged the home with KozyHome's factory-priced, celebrity-branded furniture and flipped it for a $100,000 net profit.
Next, Heather conducted ''Staging Sale'' or ''Garage Sale'' events every other weekend and sold new mattresses and furniture from another million-dollar home she plans to stage and sell. She throws weekly soirees for her friends, family, and colleagues who almost always ask her about her fine furnishings on display. More sales are made. Some are interested in buying the home.
With a little creativity, Heather opened up the first Furniture Co-Op in her area and advertised it on Facebook Marketplace. Her customers save even more money by going in together on larger home furnishing orders (think Food Co-Ops). Every month, customers order right from Heather's online catalog or mobile app and she has it white-glove delivered to their home.

Meanwhile, Aron, a digital nomad, and someone Heather recruited as one of her many independent furniture brokers, began posting on Facebook Heather's mattresses for sale. Several people responded to Aron's ads. He arranged for them to visit Heather's house by appointment (Heather keeps extra mattresses in her garage for display). Heather sold two name-brand queen beds for $600 each and two kings for $900 each, then paid Aron a 10% commission.

Finally, Heather began posting ads on ''business for sale'' websites in multiple cities advertising KozyHome dealerships for sale. In one month, Heather earned $14,000 in commissions by referring KozyHome leads back to the parent company, iDealFurniture.
