University was founded in 1994. It is in good standing with the Ministry of Higher Education. It does not have any outstanding debts. All debts are current. In good standing with the Social Security administration. The University has tax free status and currently owns two foundations and one private corporation. The University started out in 1989 as a Vocational School.
Please take note that the current campus (physical structure) is also for sale but is currently leased to the University. If there is interest in buying the physical structure that is possible as well. We currently lease the infrastructure at US$6,000.00 per month.
Expansion plans include:
