Business started in 2005, incorporated in 2008. Small operation, 2 full-time, 1 part-time employee. Very busy all summer, tapers off over the winter months. Our big seller is a branded (registered trademark) bike basket for dogs that we assemble, test, package and ship. Most parts are manufactured through subcontractors. Many of the parts are imported, some we make on site. Margins are just over 100% for wholesale, 400% for MSRP. We primarily sell wholesale, net profit would increase significantly if you transitioned to mostly retail sales. We are ready to retire, looking for a buyer to take over this established business.
