Business Description:
D-1019 provides trucking services to support oilfield production in near major U.S. oil fields. They also provide support for well maintenance and general hauling services. The Company has long-standing relationships with major oil production companies as well as a Tier 1 Preference partner, allowing them to work on area Indian reservations.
D-1019's performance has fluctuated with oil markets. 2019 was highly successful since they were able to charge higher prices and achieve considerably higher margins. The Company has managed to remain profitable in 2020 and is seeing business pick up through the end of the year. They have recently expanded their trucking services and are seeing that segment begin to contribute more significantly to their bottom line.
The Company is still run by its founders, although the second generation takes the more active role in day-today operations. Asking price is $18 million.
