Very rarely does an opportunity come along where you have the opportunity to redefine the core fundamentals of an industry.
We have acquired the worldwide master licensing rights of a system which has the potential to dramatically increase on line gaming revenue and broaden its audience.
We are willing to discuss with a few qualified people our ideas and plans for market development of this system through the creation of sub licensing & or other joint venture agreement worldwide.
Terms:
1. A confidentiality agreement.
2. We will structure the transaction as a prepaid services agreement for $ 100,000.00 in cash.
3. You will receive a full disclosure presentation on the system inclusive of draft documentation for the sublicensing agreement.
4. As part of the prepaid services agreement we will cause to be delivered to you within 90 days on a turnkey basis a new international business development corporation which we will preclude the transaction from being deemed an investment contract & thus a security.
5. On a parallel but separate & independent track, we will propose that your new IBC acquire a sub license on terms and conditions that are mutually agreeable.
6. As a performance benchmark, if within 180 days from the commencement of the initial marketing on the sublicense the IBC does not receive revenues of at least $ 100,000.00 if you wish as one of the conditions of the agreement you can request that we buy back the sub license for $ 150,000.00 and we will honor that request.
I will personally coordinate all elements of this particular transaction over the next few weeks and months will set it up offshore for an expeditious closing.
