The Seller will stay 30 days at no-charge with the new Owner to help through the transition, introduce the market and the new Owner to the account providers. If the new Owner is inexperienced and is not able to learn within 30 days and independently operate the business the Seller may consider staying as a Manager/Dispatcher for a few months.
The seller is the founder of the company and is willing to transfer it into the right hands. The reason for selling is that the Owner is a Major Real Estate Investor. The new owner may easily increase the profit up to 40% by just hiring 3 new drivers. Also, the company has enough business for at least 5 more cars without any additional marketing.
