50/50 Entrepreneur / Project Partner Required

My objective is to find a partner who I can work with to bounce ideas off, then when something looks like its worthwhile consider its viability and financial requirement. I have some capital to introduce, plus my marketing experience is solid. I want someone to be in a similar position to match these attributes and capital if required. Otherwise I would just do it myself. My concepts have entailed physical items that are in the prototype stages, also website/application.
