    Business Loan - Have Collateral

    Hello, I am posting to see if there is anyone out there that can help me. I am the partner of a bar in the Chicago Suburbs. The building is under my Partners name and will appraise over $250,000. Partner wants $175,000 for Building and BIZ I need $200,000 to buy him out + pay off personal debt. My personal debt may prevent me from getting a loan. Bad Credit / Tax lien($8,000).
