Business Partner For Day Spa

I am looking for a business partner for an already established day spa where the services provided are facials, massage, body treatments, cosmetic teeth whitening, airbrush tanning, makeup application and waxing. I want to take the spa to the next level and add laser hair removal, manicures and pedicures and another skincare line. Need a minimum capital of $20,000. If able and willing to invest $45,000, you would be 50/50 partners.
