Business Wanted In Cabo / Puerto Vallarta

I am interested in a smaller business for sale in the Cabo or Puerto Vallarta areas of Mexico. When I say smaller I would like the price to be below $250k and something that is already in place and can be run by some existing staff without being micro managed. I will be living nearby or onsite if a small apartment is included but will look at all options. Immediate cash flow is a must, enough to cover the payments and provide a few extra $ for living expenses.
