Main office must be located or be willing to relocate to within a 3 hour drive of Alexandria LA. Should have a minimum of 2.5 million in Gross Annual Sale.    Primary area of construction should be: single and multi-tenant retail, office, and warehouse metal building type construction. Experience with negotiating and design build projects needed. Well organized and experienced estimating team.
