Looking For A Partner To Own A Bar And Grill

Hello, i am looking for a partner to open up a bar and grill type restaurant. I currently own the property and the bar is under construction. The liquor license is a broad c license and the restaurant is located on a main highway. I hope to open in a few months depending on how quickly i can get a partner.
