Looking For Partner, Investor To Launch Digital Ag

Looking to open a digital agency in San Diego to provide web development services. The idea is to sell in San Diego, where my sister is located, and develop in Mexico where I am located. From our financial forecasts, we are looking at pre-tax profit margin of above 65 percent. We need $30K to start, either in loan or equity investment.
