Looking For Potential Business Partner

Looking for creative, self motivated, strategic partner to start our own business with. I am not sure exactly what yet, but have a few ideas. Either restorations, creative, buying products and items for cheap, flipping them and selling for profit ... just some ideas. I am very open to ideas as well.
