MBA Student graduating from Northwood University December 2011 with 5 years of Commercial Real Estate Management Experience is seeking a partner to invest in Multi-Family apartment buildings start up with 25 to 100 units in the Metro Detroit Area. Purchase prices of properties to be negotiated utilizing a Income Driven Net Present Value Analysis based on a minimum 15 percent hurdle rate.
