Mediterranean Restaurant

I am looking for partner to start a Mediterranean restaurant in Fort Wayne, IN. The potential for good revenue is excellent. My idea also includes serving beer and wine with food as part of the menu in addition to catering. I am a student in Culinary Arts at a local college in the Fort Wayne and have good experience with Arabic and American cuisines. I would handle the cooking from A to Z and I will be fully involved in this business. Will be able to financially invest in this business 50/50.
