    Need Interest Only Loan

    I am looking for an investor who can supply appx $76,212 as an interest only loan. I will repay $1,270.20 per month over the next 60 months. After that point I will either resign the loan, pay it off, or transfer the loan elsewhere. I have a very nice FICO score and no negative items on my credit report. I am willing to let you put a lien on my home which currently has $60-$70 in equity.
