    Need Loan For Restaurant

    Need a business loan of $1.5M to open up restaurant/sports bar in south Orange County. Already have location and the lease we are taking over, loan would also cover Liquor License cost along with construction, inventory, etc. Building just needs work on the inside before we open. Example would be extending the bar and clearing out walls to open the dining and bar area to fit more customers. We are looking for 100 PERCENT financing however would be able to bring in a bridge lender.
