Need Partner for Green Assisted Living Community

Green Energy Housing has 90 percent funding for a project to develop green assisted living community in Taos, NM. We need a partner to finance 10 percent of the total cost. The total project is $44.4m. We have development team in place with over 70 years experience in commercial and residential housing. This is a 100 percent green project with overbuild of solar systems to provide life-time residual income. GEH will operate the programs after developed.
