    Operating Capital Needed

    I am a representative of Public Power, selling deregulated energy in 17 states. I have an agreement with a professional call center and I need operating capital to do a 1 month test run, and then for the initial payments to the center for sales. We receive a residual commission on all sales, with which we would split 50/50 with the investor and we expect to have between $1,000-$2,000 sales a month the first 3-5 months and then up to $4-$5,000 sales a month from that point on.
