Partner For Social Network Start-Up

I'm in the beginning stages of building a team to create and run a new social network site. A site of this nature does not exist. I'm looking for both an experienced business prof, someone who can hold his/her own in a boardroom, and i'm also looking for my techie of all techies. I am looking for a techie who shares similar aspirations. That is, to build something unique, fun, popular, profitable and of course something that Google will gobble up.
