Publicly Traded Company Seeking Investor(s)

The Company has merged with a publicly traded Company last December, and signed LOIs to acquire 51% of two ethanol plants. To complete these acquisitions, however, the Company needs $70M equity to acquire 2 plants. One is in production since August 2007 at 48 million gallons and revenue roughly $100M.
