Real Estate Auction Franchising

I have been appointed agent to find an American MBA with some experience in the service or related industry who wishes to have immediate control of a thirty year old international real estate auction company for the purpose of franchsing it. The company's franchise program was actually completed in 1985, but delayed because it would have been a distraction of managment time and capital. Now the owners have age and medical issues which require them to relinquish control of the business.
