Seeking Commercial Construction Partner

I am in Los Angeles I have been in construction for 20 years and recently acquired my GC license. I am looking for a partner who can Project Manage and is skilled in commercial work. Need someone sharp, enthusiastic, honest, hardworking and success driven so we can both achieve financial independence. A Journeyman versed in steel stud framing, drywall painting, FRP installment that can run crews is needed. Bilingual Spanish AND English also great. Truck and tools needed.
