Seeking Partner To Develop Franchise Network

I have developed a unique system of creating custom led signs. This particular process is not available at the present time. Four years and thousands of hours of r and d have gone into this endeavor. I am seeking a business partner/investor who has knowledge of and/or experience in building a franchise network both nationally and internationally. This person would need to be able to take hands on approach and be prepared to take charge of the operation.
