Simply Orange Business Partner Wanted

I have a Simply Orange route in the Bronx and sections of Winchester County. I am currently looking for a working partner to help me grow the business and be in charge of running the daily operations. I am selling 30 percent but will split the profits 50 / 50. There is a ton of upside to this route since there are so many stores available but I have other responsibilities and cannot do it by myself. I don''t want an employee because an employee will never put the same efforts as an owner.
