Status: offline 		I have a partner/investor that owns several restaurant properties as investments. There is an offer to buy about 9 of those in which, we want to buy land, build the buildings, and lease back with a 10 to 15 year payback. We have an offer with a burger joint, to build 9 over the next 10 years.
Any ideas?
