My name is David Animashaun, I am the managing Director of Fervid company limited.We are into Real Estate Development and property management.Since Ghana has become the gateway to Africa,the housing crisis is a major issue and with enough experience in the sector of real estate we seek a joint partner or an investor to facilitate the project which will yield good profit.
INTRODUCTION
Fervid Company Ltd is a Ghanaian company dedicated to building affordable housing with buildings of sound structure and quality finish, all in a serene and well planned gated community. The affordable and quality housing provided by Fervid will cater for a growing demand within the Ghanaian real estate sector and establish Fervid Company Ltd as a first class company within this field.
In order to put our operations on a sustainable note, Fervid Company Ltd requests a partnership between our company and Investor to enable it to achieve continuous construction to enhance operations.
THE PLAN
The Objective is to put Fervid Company in a position to develop consistently affordable housing and also luxury apartments – contradiction affordable or luxury? . It is envisaged that 1200 units will be started each quarter with a plan to deliver 100 housing units per quarter after 5months of commencement.
The company objective is a direct solution to the huge demand for affordable housing in a country with a housing deficit in excess of 1 million homes, by targeting the affordable housing segment at a price of USD $ 50,000.00 we are catering to a presently, untapped client base.
