Currently, we are seeking Master / Area Developers for Canada who can develop and popularize the HomeTeam brand and award unit franchises to the qualified candidates. The ideal individual is a mid to senior level executive with a strong sales and marketing background, with the ability to manage a highly motivated staff, and the ability to recruit and direct highly motivated sales personnel. Industry experience is a plus but not required. A HomeTeam Master Owner is a white-collar business executive who is highly motivated and result-oriented individual.
