I'm planning to buy and sell homes under a new concept. This new approach makes as only eligible clients, to those whom don't qualify under the normal credit philosophy, so I don't have competitors . At this moment there are two sites as a target for this plan, the surroundings of Sacramento and Los Angeles.
Currently I begun the process and the advance is approximately 20%.
