Status: offline 		Looking for Private Investors or JV Partner. Currently looking for Private Investment of $270k. Willing to double the Investors money in 60 days or less. $270k is being used to cover fee's in association with closing already approved loan.

To sweeten the deal on top of doubling the money borrowed or JV's. Will pay an additional $90k to investor as well.
