MHR Acquisitions, Inc. has signed a contract to purchase Burris Energy, LLC, in Coffey County, Kansas.
The deal closed on June 10, 2022 for 41 +/- existing inactive wells.
The deal is for sales of shares financing, no equity concessions.
MHR is looking for a restart date of October, 2022.
Valcore, Inc., will provide the knowhow and manage staffing and field operations under the operator license.
STR Capital, Inc., will handle shares promotions and distribution:

MHR will raise $550,000.00 with an S.E.C. Form Reg. D, to buy out the company, then get the estimators in for the retrofit appraisal.
