We sell season-live MTNs, which are traded in the Stock Markets and belong to the Issuing banks.
The sell is by Over-the-Counter (OTC) protocol and subject to Margin Deposit payment.
The chosen MTN is first reserved on Bloomberg and post on Euroclear on the name of the Buyer.
DD is done between the settlement institution (clearing house) and the receiving bank for RWA/ATV, to verify capability to receive and pay.
Thereafter, settlement is made directly between Euroclear Bank (Custodian Agent) and Receiving bank (on DVP/FOP mode).
List of MTNs is available per request to any applicant/buyer, with knowledge of OTC procedure.
Important Note: Trading MTNs cannot be obtained via a Desk-to-Desk procedure. Further, Issuing banks custodian statement is done on the Bloomberg Network System.
