I am advertising for my friend his beach bar restaurant for sale. He is staying in the area and now farming rabbits. I personally have been there many times and the point i will make is that its the owners/staff personality in most cases that determines the level of profit you will make but I will state it would be near impossible to run this bar at a loss in any given month.

Finally its a beach bar and some of the bamboo tables in my opinion could be spruced up with some clear lacquer but that will depend on the new owner. The current owner is busy breeding with rabbits (lol)
