Project for the creation of a specialized health center for the treatment of cancer, diabetes and other diseases in a seafront building first row on the sea on the coast of Croatia.

The medical treatment is based on a new oxypro technology and a special immunotherapy which differs completely from conventional treatments. The healing success is much higher than a usual chemotherapy and insulin treatments.

The turnover for a successful operational result can be achieved with only 30-35 patients per month, supposed is 25 treatments per day. The target market is Slovenia, Austria, Italy, Croatia but also Kazakhstan because of the disease susceptibility for diabetes and the existing request from this country. If you take the many thousand ill people in this region into account, is the number of necessary patients marginal.

The clinic will not have a real competition by other hospital in this region, but the clinic is rather a complement to the hospitals in the area by his laboratory and diagnostic service which will be also promoted and income generated.

Make round by the beautiful accommodation, the constitutional environment, the good accessibility, the healthy food, the moderate medical cost and the special medical program will have an special USP which will have currently no competitor in the EU. A copy of this project will be very difficult due to the unique concept and the team characterising the project.

By a total investment of € 19.050.000,00 it is planned to achieve with 25 treatments per day a turnover in the first complete year of about € 7,775 Mio. and an positive operational result (before tax) of about € 1,9 Mio.
