THIS IS AN IMPORTANT MURDER MYSTERY AND CRIME DRAMA TO FEATURE BRUCE WILLIS , JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE, IGGY AZELIA AND GREEN DAY.

We are Seeking an Investor who will get credit as Executive Producer a film titled KNOCK DOWNED.

Movie Overview: As the band's record label folds and desperate for money the ONE FOR ALL band robs a bank. A drug dealer and a corrupt IRS agent race to get their revenge and kill the band before they are arrested.

This movie will be rated PG-13 to encompass the largest audience as possible.

The production team has selected Bruce Willis, Justin Timberlake and Iggy Azelea as the main stars and will feature the band Green Day music for the sound track.

The screenplay has already been reviewed in advance by Lee Levinson a well respected independent writer and movie critic who issued the following pre-production review:

When the film is released to national theatres there will be a DVD release of the movie and the sound track will encompass a 2 CD set to be released shortly after the movie premiers. The soundtrack will include tracks from Justin Timberlake, Iggy Azelea and Green Day.

This movie and soundtrack is projected to gross $100mm at theatres domestically and internationally including home distribution.


The budget for this film is $14 million US dollars. The production will be secure and ready for principle photography in 2016.

With $6.5 million already committed we are seeking $7.5 million in co-production equity financing.
