This store is an excellent neighborhood within Middlesex County, MA. Very safe area with hundreds of people walking by every day. Huge apartment complex directly across the street. Great mix of customers. Most customers do not drive and store carries a little bit of everything. Smaller, easy to run store. Owner works the store with two other PT employees.

Store has been in continual operation for 20 years . The neighborhood desperately needs a deli for sandwiches and subs. There is no place to grab a sandwich in walking distance. New owner could also add slush puppies, hot dogs ice cream and pizza. Owner is older and store could use some fresh ideas. Lottery commissions alone were $30,000 this year.
