Komodo is one of the best destinations for diving worldwide and is known by its biodiversity and the currents. Komodo offers a variety of dive sites which go from the more challenging ones to easy protected bays where you can find turtles, macro life and beautiful corals. Mantas, Sharks, Eagle rays, Napoleons, and super healthy and great corals are waiting for you in the Komodo National Park.

Also it is home to the Komodo Dragon (Varanus komodoensis sp) which attracts many tourists here.

The Indonesian government has declared the Komodo National Park a priority in its development for tourism and soon the airport will become international with direct flights from Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and China, expecting to arrive to Labuan Bajo in 2020-21.

The dive centre assets are:

➢ 18 m Diving boat. Specifically design by divers for divers. Biru Asmara is a very confortable boat with three different areas. One covered and sheltered dry area where to stay when the weather is rainy (also sitting area for breakfast and lunch). One wet area where all diving gear is set up and where guides and guests get ready before jumping, and one roof toop area with bean bags where you can relax between dives and maybe catch a nap on the way back to the harbour. Solar panels installed in April 2020.
