The Rockin' R Ranch is a family-friendly dude ranch located in Antimony, Utah, a scenic part of Southern Utah near three of the state's national parks. The ranch sits on 9.64 acres with a main guest house, horse training facility, barn, stables , and riding arena. There is a total of 41 rooms with multiple structures for caretakers and staff to live on-site. There are over 900 acres adjacent and nearby that are also available. The ranch operates June-August and can accommodate up to 170 guests, although it ran at a significantly reduced capacity in 2020 and 2021 -- the stabilized income from operations are in excess of $1,000,000 annually and they showed significant recovery in 2021, grossing $800,000.

The net income includes owner's compensation as well as discretionary expenses – the ranch is family-run and a new owner would need to be the operator or consider staffing to manage the operation. A former general manager and his wife, who are very experienced in ranch operations and equine practices, would consider post-sale management.
