This is a combined and abutting package of two leases that totals approximately 1200 acres with proven oil on each of the properties.
One of the properties is 500 acres and the second is 700 acres.

This is a great opportunity to buy a large contiguous land package that is secured with current oil production of approximately two barrels per day.
Also, each lease had some older wells that came in with IP rates of 20 to 30 barrel per day range and neither lease has been fully developed.

On a side note, we recieved a call from an older, retired, geologist and told him we were putting these two leases together and he called the package ''a company maker.''

These are located in an area without water in the formation, but one older well that we know of and will want to revisit was sandy.
With some work and further development, we feal that is reasonable to see regular production from these two leases in the range of 40 to 50 barrels per day.
