This provides the new concept the ability to not only have a captive client base in a proven coffee-oriented location, but the dominant location also eliminates much of the need for heavy advertising to draw customers to the location. As it stands, visitors to the popular destination will be hard pressed to not come of aware of the brand's dominant presence.
