I am selling a music store I established in 1983. It includes remodeled real-estate consisting of a main display room finished in aluminum reinforced slatwall, an acoustic room with slatwall, a lesson room and bathroom, and custom-made wooden office furniture. It also includes all the display units and accessories. I raised four children here and worked on average 25 hours a week. The well-respected Washington and Lee University and Virginia Military Institute are in view from the front display windows. There is an active and long-standing lesson program. It is the only music store for miles.
It is located on main street in the mountains of Virginia. I loved coming to work every day. After 39 years, I am retiring. It has been a very rewarding and wonderful business to own. It includes all real estate , inventory, and contents.
