INTRODUCTION

Passion Océane Ltd (www.passionoceane.com) is a Yacht Charter Company operating out of Grand Bay -- Mauritius bustling tourism center in the north of the island and the gateway to the magnificent Northern Isles.

We run yacht charters to the northern isles, dolphin and whale watching cruises along the west coast, multi-day live-aboard cruises (including the circumnavigation of Mauritius), diving and deep sea-fishing cruises, sunset cruises, dinner cruises and wedding or honeymoon cruises. Company assets include two custom-built 12m catamarans, each licensed to carry 42 PAX, imported from Cape Town. Both catamarans are identical in design: they are spacious and modern vessels, built for comfort and performance. The company also owns one 25ft speed boat built locally, licensed to carry 12 PAX, and ideal for coastal and lagoon excursions, fishing, dolphin/whale watching and water skiing. All vessels are maintained in a brand new state.

We just signed an EXCLUSIVE partnership with the owner/lease-holder of Gabriel Island – the most sought-after yacht charter destination in Mauritius which caters mainly to a high-end clientele. As a result of this partnership, we have become the ONLY Yacht Charter Company offering meals and refreshments on Gabriel Island, as well as a range of activities and facilities: open bar + lunch buffet, snorkeling, kayaking, guided hikes, massage center and a romantic wedding chapel (used for our private island weddings). This partnership would automatically be extended to the future owner(s) of Passion Océane.

NOTE: FOR POTENTIAL BUYERS SHORT OF CASH, THE LEASEHOLDER OF GABRIEL ISLAND -- THEMSELVES HOLDER OF A TOUR-OPERATOR LICENSE -- WOULD BE INTERESTED IN A JOINT OWNERSHIP OF PASSION OCEANE. THEY COULD CONTRIBUTE UP TO 60% OF THE REQUIRED AMOUNT.
